1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ClaudeClaw. By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using ClaudeClaw's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Service Description

Claud-e-Claw provides AI agent deployment services, allowing users to deploy and manage personalized AI assistants. The service includes access to various integrations, AI models, and deployment tools.

Key Terms Defined

• API Call / Message: A single request sent to your AI agent. Each message (incoming or outgoing) counts as one API call.
• Message Credits: Monthly allocation of API calls. Unused credits do not roll over.
• AI Agent (Bot): A deployed instance of your AI assistant connected to messaging platforms.
• Gateway Token: Authentication key connecting your bots to our servers.
• Foundry: PRO feature - self-writing AI that generates custom skills.

Plan Limits

• Starter: 1 bot, 5,000 messages/month
• Premium: 3 bots, 20,000 messages/month
• Pro: 10 bots, 50,000 messages/month + Foundry

4. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay (India) and PayPal (International). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.

Billing Cycle

• Billing cycle is 30 days from date of purchase
• Auto-renewal occurs on the same date each month
• Unpaid renewals result in service suspension after 7 days
• Plan upgrades are prorated for remaining days

GST (India)

• Intra-state (same state): CGST 9% + SGST 9% = 18%
• Inter-state (different state): IGST 18%
• International: 0% GST

Overage Charges

• Additional messages beyond plan limit charged at:
• Starter: ₹0.15 per message
• Premium: ₹0.10 per message
• Pro: ₹0.08 per message

Fair Usage

We reserve the right to throttle accounts with excessive usage to maintain service quality for all users.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for all subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our service for any illegal purposes or activities that violate these terms. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClaudeClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to all services and data.
